It amazes me how, I still manage to use all 12GB worth of highspeed downloads in about... 20 or so days.
I think I've actually used up my downloads faster than I did last month, and I was attempting to make an effort NOT to do so...
What has made the whole thing more difficult, is the fact my laptop broke and I lost all songs/pics/files/programs etc. that I've downloaded in the past 6/7 months.
So now I begin the slow and painful process of trying to track down everything I want back >.<;; Luckily enough I have my iPod which is full of 90% of my recent songs so at least I have a list of what I lost, not like I can get them OFF my iPod onto my computer...
I really despise iTunes for that, it makes ones life so terribly difficult.
You know, I really don't understand, This month I downloaded probably a 1/4's worth of music that I did last month, and only watched, umm, Devil Beside You, Love Contract and Bull Fighting plus a few random eps of dramas that are still coming out when last month I watched, Hana Kimi, Why Why Love, majority of Sweet Relationship, half of Coffee Prince, 1/3 of Romantic Princess, a bunch of video clips and.... I think that was it, actually, I'm not sure if I watched Devil Beside You this month or last...
But the point is! I did waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy more last month than this and my downloads ran out faster... Noooo!
Ahhh, enough about my whinging, lets talk about Mike He dramas! Now by far, Mike He is my favourite actor, not only is he UBER hot, he has great acting skills and I like the characters he plays and the story lines.
Observing the four dramas of his I've seen, (make that five kinda, seen a bit of Express Boy,) they all are very cliche. In ALL of them he plays the bad boy, well, there's nothing TOO wrong with that ^.^ but it would be nice to see an attempt at a different character.
In ALL of them, there is the "good" guy, who wants to be with her,
- Why Why Love - The Brother.
- Devil Beside You - Basketball Coach.
- Bull Fighting - Her Bodygaurd.
- Love Contract - Nerdy Friend.
- Express Boy - The Cop.
Another observation of mine, the background of the characters he plays are all the same or similar, for instance, WWL, DBY and BF all have Mike He playing the " rebellious rich kid", none of them he lives with his mother, just his father.
In all five, he has a rough personality because of some terrible thing in his past that "insert leading female here" heals through her simple, caring personality.
Out of those five, LC and EB are the most different, reasons being.
LC for instance, Ariel has her own personal issues to deal with, if anything, she has the same amount as him, so it's a healing experience for both of them.
EB on the other hand, (from what I've seen anyway), from the begining, he already likes her, there isn't the whole, hate becomes love thing. And also, I find the storyline is more unusual than the others, it doesn't revolve so closely around the love aspect of the drama.
Though I must add, I've only seen four eps so it's not really the best judgement.
Rating the five of them in the order of which I liked most -
DBY comes in first place! I love, love, love it. Lots of interesting charater developments, many shocks and sudden conflicts. And though I hate to say it, most favourite part of the whole series, after they have sex in the morning, and how he leans over and says "so how many times did we do it last night' XD I rof'd so hard, plus, how sexy was it!!!! Mmmm, Mike He in only underwear.
Gah! I'm such a pervert >.<;;
Ok! Second place is WWL, the first one I saw him in too! I thought the beginning was a bit slow, but once it got into it twas great. Ending was spectacular, I wanted to cry so hard when I thought he was dead. Once again with this though, the character development was great and the conflicts kept it going :3
*Drumroll!* Coming in third place, why don't you take a guess??
Guessed yet?
WRONG! Jks XD
Ok, enough of my silliness, third place is BF, now, this came close to second, but... It lacked something that the other two had. Not quite so in depth I thought, though still a good storyline. Plus, I thought their feelings were to... Quick? Like, they had a little thing going, went on one date and she couldn't let go of him. Fair enough, the short time spent together was quite, ugh, meaningful. Not quite the right word I was looking for but you get the idea.
Fourth Yo~! LC. I wasn't overly fussed on it, like I enjoyed it enough, but it was just laking something. And I thought a) How his mother dies and his reaction was really stupid, especially how he went form being so angsty and upset, to being perfectly fine. You don't react like that when someone you love dies, just thought that that was a bit of a let down. And b) THE ENDING!!!! The way she recovered so randomly and they had the two not finished things, ughhh, I dunno, I just think it wasn't a good way to end it and it made quite a dramatic drama kinda lame.
Fifth! Wanna guess? XD EB I haven't gotten into so much, fair enough I've only seen four eps, but comparing to the other four, four eps in I was alot more into it. Lets wait and see for the final verdict, I don't wanna make any judgements until the very end :3
Wow, the three most similar dramas are the ones I like best >.<;; What's that got to say about me :P On another note, I have to consider Seventh Grade (which I REALLY want to see but no where has it) and umm, Say Yes Enterprise... Think that's it. :3 I'd also like to say something about his three main co-stars Rainie Yang, Hebe and Ariel Lin.
Rainie is my favourite by far, something about her makes her so likable!
Hebe I also really like and would like to see more of her.
Ariel on the other hand... I dunno, maybe it was coz I didn't really like LC, but I didn't like her acting as much, though that's all I've seen of her so I won't be to rash on my judgements.
*Yawn* And I think that's all I have to say for now! XD Be prepared for another useless blog from me very soon ^.^
Btw, thought I'd add some eye candy in for your enjoyment!
